What excuses (lies) do you tell someone on the phone to get out of talking to them when they start babbling?

1.  My s/o needs me for something.
2.  I have an important call on the other line...I'll call you back later.
3.  My cat/dog needs to be fed.
4.  I'm starving and need to eat NOW.
5.  I need to go take a dump.
6.  Start fake coughing uncontrollably.
7.  There is someone at the door.
8.  I just heard a loud noise in the back yard.
9.  I need to throw up.

    I say, "My battery is abou ..." then turn off cell.

    9 other) I will start saying - yep - ah ha - mmmmm uh - yep I'm still listing - tell me more - no they closed K-mart years ago. I will keeping saying stuff like that until they get the message that I am done. Cheers!

    I don't.  If I want to go I say something like, thanks for calling...I'm going to get back to xxxxx.  The key to this is to always have a xxxxx to get back to.
