There will be TV coverage but no fans allowed at the Olympic venues. A state of emergency exists in Tokyo! Uh oh?

Allegedly NBC paid BILLIONS of dollars for exclusive broadcast rights which they thought would include flags waving and fans shouting.

Will there be cutouts of fans in the stands for the viewing audience to see?

I guess we'll find out.
