Do your religious beliefs or political beliefs get in the way of your being happily CONTENT or are they the reason for it? WHY?

If your base beliefs religiously and politically are based on HATE how can that possibly facilitate/enable happy contentment? Anyone?

    Those whose beliefs are based in hate have made themselves their "god".

    What I wonder is how much does hating 24/7 harm the body Shuhak? It can't be a good thing to hate even for a second. BUT 24/7? I wonder if the health of those who belong to hate groups suffer for it? I'll ask. Know what? I'm gonna GOOGLE It to see if there is anything on it! Thank you for your reply! :)
