I don't know but I do know he made a significant improvements in Times Square in New York, I think he meant he saved many black lives by getting tough on crime etc.
I ascribed that braggadocio to the same level of bombast as I did to Trump telling us with a straight face that he knows more about ISIS than the generals do. Such bullsh**! But I don't know if Giuliani was a typical lying jacka** pol or a substantive, helpful, effective one. I know he paraded his mistress around City Hall in front of his wife and kids. That was an appalling thing to do. He is an obnoxious man and oblivious to his own disgusting past actions. He is just like Trump. Completely unaware of the inappropriateness of what he says/does/did vis a vis his own past treatment of women. He and Gingrich are both poster boys for how to disrespect women, especially their wives. Their backgrounds are very unsavory. Of course Trump would cleave onto them. The three musketeers of bad taste, bad behavior and bad baggage. Thank you for your reply Tom! :)
