Is it the love of CRUELTY that drives some to become despot dictators? They want THE POWER over others. To do what? Why?

    To be in power over others is their aim.

    The cruelty etc is their means to that end. Whether they love being cruel I cannot say though some may well do so, but ultimately it is gaining and retaining power over everyone that drives them.

    It is robotic automatic scripted cruelty Durdle. Vultures descending on a body and picking all the flesh off it. They are the chorus in the background....boil and bubble toil and trouble....salivating and enjoying it. The GUANO demands obedience. Then obedient on cue and never deviate from it. Of what value is the chorus? Well it makes them fell invinceable and so they do it on cue without fail! Thank you for your reply I'm going to ask! :)
