Golly whiz are you LUCKY or what? Shuhak has made some too. Was it very hard or time-consuming? Boy I bet she made some homemade biscuits or muffins on which to put it. Well next time she makes it if she does again enjoy some for me. I can't think of any one who would make it or any reason I'd ever have access to it. I know. I could try to do it myself. SIGH. I saw on TV a chef make some. She poured heavy cream in a electric mixing bowl, then slowly rotated a mixing paddle with a hole in it. As it thickened, she sped it up until it was the consistency she wanted. Super easy.
