What kind of justice is available for those who are victims of rape? At the very least the rapist should be raped don't you think?

Just to see if the SOB can take what he dishes out. Fair I think don't you?

Now in prison child molesters don't last long. Sometimes they are gang raped to death.

The more the merrier? Should rapists be accorded mercy or does jJUSTICE eliminate that possibility?

Torturers should be tortured. Murderers should be murdered. Common sense. Or nonsense. Either way who cares what happens to evildoers?

Ouchy ouchy outchy. But I LIKE IT! Thank you for the graphic E. I wonder if that was ever tried? Oh wait I remember a gal named lorena bobbitt or something close to that who cut off her hubby's private part because he either cheated on her or raped her. I don't remember the details.. Long ago. I wonder if when they sewed it back on it still worked? I know. Naughty of me isn't it? So be it. This post was edited by RosieG at August 29, 2021 11:04 AM MDT

Rape victims never receive "true" justice.  What they had to endure is stuck with the  for the rest of their life.  Many are permanently "messed up" because of it.

Raping a rapist wouldn't be the same.

What I think should be done to rapists isn't "printable" on this site.  Suffice to say, rape IS torture

After the many times we have shared our thoughts m'dear I can guess. That's the thing. It must be something you never "get over". You cannot be "cured" because the violation is to one's entire being and I'm pretty sure more than one life has been ruined because of it. It is sometimes coupled with shattering of trust. Someone known to them is the rapist. That's a double horrible. Also..and you know this about me...why should mercy be extended to the merciless? I do not believe in it at all ever under any circumstances. Oftentimes these days it is the perp who is supported and defended and protected not the victim. If that isn't twisting the knife I don't know what is. Thank you for your reply Shuhak. Evil doesn't exist in a vacuum. It takes many facilitators enablers apologists to help it grow. There are so many of them these days. Casemakers on behalf of the wicked where the victim "asked for it" or "deserved it" or "fakes it" or "overstated" it. Sigh. Just to clarify, I would NOT be merciful to a rapist.   I have NO mercy for rapists or child molesters. On the contrary, I'd make sure they too NEVER forgot the pain and horror they'd inflicted on another, for the rest of their miserable lives.

Rapists can be prosecuted and incarcerated if found guilty. Check out "Law and Order: SVU."
