    Well that reactor was being built on Trump's watch well he was sending Kim love letters and music CDs. North Korea also completed their long range missale tests under Trump's watch and they built mini subs that are capable of carring and launching nukes which could hit  any US target they also built centerfuges that can produce weapon grade uranium.
