Because it is NOT a criminal case. It is a civil case.
And it allegedly happened with the convicted sexual pedifile Jeffery Epstein. And if they were to report on it too much people would also find out just how much time and how often Bill Clinton was with Espstein both on his "Orgy Island" and on his "Lolita Express" plane. The flight records are on line. Bill Clinton is on it like 50 times. I did not see Trumps name on it at all.
To make the answer simple: Bill Clinton is the reason that the news is not all over this.
The news would eat that up and you KNOW it . Especially FOX news. The REASON is simple. It is a lot of nonsense B.S. On the part of Clinton and on the part of Trump.
My2Cents is most likely correct, as to why Hillary's camp hasn't emphasized this civil case, and why both sides aren't doing anything to draw attention to it. Along with Trump, it appears that Hillary's scumbag husband was friends with and "socialized" with Epstein, too.
Disgusting... both of them. In my opinion, Hillary would be much more respected if she would have detached herself from Bill and all of his filthy laundry.

No one expects anyone to believe this horrendous bull crap and I would NOT be surprised if someone from his camp or one of the enemies FROM his former camp had something to do with this, knowing it will turn up as hogwash and insinuate just as you are, that it is a cover up against Bill Clinton and that moron he supposedly is all chummy with.

Trump is not going to be nuts enough to rape a child. Or anybody. This is not Bill Cosby. This is a jerk who has done enough bad deeds that we do not have to pretend he is an ax murderer as well.

The case does indeed exist, regardless of it's merits. Trump's legal team tried to get it dismissed earlier this year, but it wasn't. Those are facts. IN MY OPINION (which I have the right to), both Bill Clinton and Donald Trump are not above having sex with a minor prostitute/sex slave, assuming that they even knew the age of the girls. I doubt if either would bother to ask. And, if they did, that would be a form of rape, whether or not the girl(s) consented. I'm not personally accusing either of them, but I am saying that it's quite possible, and not contrary to general knowledge of their character.
If you read what I wrote, you'll note that I started off with "My2cents...". Is it suddenly inappropriate to agree with someone else's assessment, rather than restate it entirely?
If you are taking a stranger's personal thoughts and opinions so personally, you need to let it go.

Well, the fact is that the case does exist, and it's request for dismissal was denied. And, Epstein, a former "associate" of both Bill and Trump, is a convicted sex offender and former "pimp" of child prostitutes/sex slaves.

In case anyone is interested, I found the article where both Trump and BILL (not Hillary) Clinton are named as friends of the convicted child sex offender, Jeffrey Epstein. Although, it's only Trump who was quoted in the article and said "I've known Jeff for fifteen years. Terrific guy. He's a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side. No doubt about it -- Jeffrey enjoys his social life."
This case has come up before and the person saying they were raped is likely to not even exist and it seems just paperwork is filed from a fake address.
