how many hours of sleep does your body normally needs?

For me a good 5 to 6 is good enough

    I just found a new sleep aid, doxylamine succinate 25mg.  Melatonin just doesn't do it for me anymore, it gives me a headache.  The pharmacist said to make sure I'm already in bed when I take the new sleep aid because lights out happens quickly.  yay

    I try for 7, but do okay on 6. 

    I usually 'catch up' a little on the weekends. Sometimes I even take a nap, but not very often, unfortunately. I love naps.

    How do you know? Hehe! 

    I'm like a toddler. I can't take a nap after 3pm or else I'll not be able to sleep that night.

    Oh sometimes I'll get that way if I nap too long.

    I don't normally feel satisfied with less than seven and half hours. Sometimes I can go for up to three nights on 5-6 hours sleep without any ill effects, then catch up at the weekend.
