The closest I've come is a VW Beetle.
Okay, it has 4 seats ... but those rear seats are small and difficult to get to.  lol

They have collapsible ones, now ... complete with restraints ("seat belts") for small children.

I think somebody is giving them to homeless in my town, as I've seen them pulling these collapsible wagons instead of shopping carts.

We have one of those for our lawn and garden. We love it.

Nothing exotic... plain panel vans (two Vauxhall Bedford CAs, and a Commer); and a van-bodied Landrover Series 3.

Though I think the Landrover did have a bench front seat so nominally 3 seats, rather cosily, if the middle passenger didn't mind legs tangled round the transmission-tunnel, gear-lever, range-gear lever and 2/4wd selector lever.

Oh, and a van version of the curious 3-wheeled Bond 'Minicar'.

I owned an ex-ambulance for a while and I suppose that could be counted as two-seater despite the long bed in the back. I forget what if any seats were back there too.
