Of course not. Very little effort might have made a big difference. I have just read something about the Benghazi thing that I never picked up before. Earlier today I read that Ambassador Stevens, the Ambassador killed in the Benghazi attack was going to testify against Clinton regarding illegal weapons transactions. I also read some other interesting things about Benghazi......every bit of it very damning for Mrs. Clinton.
As to your question specifically, I was appalled when I saw the "What difference does it make" footage and I knew very little about it at the time.
