1. Tried to use Kyle's right to remain silent against him. 2. Pointed a gun at the jury with his finger on the trigger. 3. Tried to admit evidence that the judge ruled was not admissible. 4. Gave a lower quality video to the defense for discovery than what the prosecution had in their possession. Possibly hiding expository evidence. And a violation of the Brady law. 5. One witness tesified that Binger asked him to change his statement.
I do not believe he will have a job for much longer.

Jury was allowed to rule guilty on the lower counts. He was acquitted based on self defense. If he was defending himself he is innocent of all charges up and down the list. As the judge explained, if you find him not guilty via Self defense then no need to consider lower counts...it is done.
