Does Twitter have a rule against telling the truth?

I am wondering because Dr. Robert Malone was recently suspended for tweeting the cold hard facts.

    Yes. If it disagrees with the left's narrative. They have even "fact checked" tweets that only consisted of a link to the CDC.
