Good quality soft white bread minus the crust.  Lay the peanut butter down first on the bread. On top of a thin layer of honey (only a hint) add your jam (strictly fruit by Smuckers) then add the second piece of bread.  Serve it before the bread dries out.

Why white bread? It's terrible for you, plus it's boring. Whole wheat, rye, and, especially, pumpernickel, have a lot more fiber and flavor.

No, but I have a bad one.

Place some peanut butter, some jelly, and soek bread (your choice)into a blender.
Blend on high speed for 2 minutes.
Pour into a tall glass, and serve.

(if too thick to pour, add a tad more jelly)

Throw it in the trash and make a Vegemite and grilled cheese sandwich instead.

Peanut butter, jelly, and bread. Why would you ask this? It's like asking for a recipe for hardboiled eggs. Kind of a "duh."
