    Perhaps he shouts because he is deaf due to the waxy buildup in his ears. He does not strike me as being particularly meticulous regarding personal hygiene. Every time I see him or hear him I feel as if I need another shower. Thank you for your reply SH! :)

    It seems to be okay in Trump's eyes because he believes it deflects the negative off of him on to someone else for a short time - maybe a millisecond.
