    106

When we married we started our life with two sets of 12 place settings plus serving spoons.   The place settings had teaspoons (2), iced tea spoons, soup spoons.     Each box of 12 place settings included four large serving spoons.   I also have two baby feeding spoons.    The last time I counted everything I was down a few dinner forks.  I have bought replacements on ebay.

I assume you mean "good" spoons (flatware), not the box of plastic ones I use when company comes over.
Technically, all my spoons are "cooking utensils".  So I assume you're referring to measuring spoons and ladles.

There are 105 spoons (of varying types) in my kitchen.

No, if they are cooking utensils, they are the ones to which I am not referring.

When I cook I make sure to use all my flatware.  You see, I'm hoping that a few of them will pick up on the skill, then I won't have to cook anymore.  So far it's not going so good.  The forks are pricks, the knives will only take a stab at it once or twice a month, and the spoons just want to make out with the coffee cups.

To be honest, I don't use the well when I cook.  It's just too deep for me.

Perfect, I’ll be right over! (Drive time from Minneapolis. Don’t ask, it’s a long story.)
