Is it true that Melania Trump worked 10 jobs and was paid $20,000 in the US BEFORE she had a valid work visa? Was she ILLEGAL?

Would Comrade Trump have deported her? She was here on a Visitor's Visa ONLY and broke the law by being paid for work done BEFORE she was legally allowed to do so. If true, what should Comrade Trump do if he/when he is prez? Forgive her for breaking the law or deport her?
