I read that more Guacamole is served at Super Bowl parties than at any other time of year. What is served at Prez Election Parties?

If you were to have a party on Election Day evening what would YOU serve and why?

  • Isn't it the case that, to really suck it to the French because of their non-backing of the U.S.'s invasion of Iraq in 2003, French fries were rebranded as 'Freedom Fries'?
    Well I reckon that guacamole and all of it's Mexican connotations, should be rebranded as 'Trump's Dump' - then you can serve guacamole at the election festivities too. )

    ((hugs)) That's because I LOVE this answer Lucia! Very clever and spot on. I know. It was so ridiculous and embarrassing  when CONGRESS (the dimwits) took it upon themselves to rename French Fries "freedom fries". What a doofus move and stoopid thing to do . I think  that's a great idea since the Latino vote will ensure that Trump will NEVER become president! Thank you for you reply m'dear and Happy Monday! I LOVE Mexican food a lot. Great idea sweetie! That's what we're gonna eat tomorrow. We're not having a party but I cook for Jim and me daily and now (thanks to you) I know what the menu will be! :)  Tacos, refried beans, rice for starters. The avocados haven't been so good this year and they're really expensive. We love guacamole but we will probably have to forego it.The last time we checked LARGE avocados were $2.25 each! I am not kidding you!  And the little ones weren't worth buying. Maybe they had a bad crop or a freeze! Can you get good avocados reasonably priced where you live Lucia?

    You can buy 4 for 89p if you know where to look. And as a tribute to solidarity I'm going to eating guacamole too.
