Would you invest in "Boxabl," an Elon Musk company?

It is .80 cents a share right now.  They sell fold up pre-fab tiny houses with solar, that sell for $10,000.

    The fact that it has been around for a few years and it only at .80, is enough for me to say no. 

    Also many cities and towns will not allow these to be in their limits.
