You said the same thing about those who vote for Trump. Who would you vote for in order to not be a bad person?

Andy is fond of re-stating the blatently obvious.  Thank you, Andrew.

Andy, I was even WARNED by spell-check that I made a boo boo but I ignored it.  My bad. This post was edited by WM BARR . =ABSOLUTE TRASH at November 7, 2016 9:43 AM MST

Sharonna, I answered Mr. Bromide's question with a question, but you may also answer it if you wish. If you don't like either candidate, my own suggestion would be what I call a "Barry vote". That means voting for the lesser of the two evils (e.g. voting for Hillary anyway even if you can't stand her, to keep Trump out because you think Trump would be worse). Was that blatantly obvious to you, Sharonna? (Note the spelling of "blatantly").

Don't be a dreamer, Andrew. There is no Barry. AND there is no Bernie anymore either.  There is only TRUMP.  So vote.  And? Vote Hillary.  There can be NO argument here.

No, no, no, Sharonna, you misunderstand me. Barry is not the name of a candidate or even a fictional candidate. The phrase "Barry vote" simply means a vote for the lesser of two evils (if you think both candidates are bad) to hopefully prevent the worse one from winning. A "Barry vote" is simply a tactic, not the name of a candidate. I named it after my friend Barry, because that's what he does when we have elections in our country. He doesn't like the way the Labour Party has gone now, but even so, he still votes for them in the hopes that the Tories won't win because the Tories are worse. Now do you understand what I mean, Sharonna? I am not being a dreamer here at all. Yes, I can be a dreamer when I want to be, but this time I'm being serious, and I mean very serious. Yet for all your misunderstanding of my post, you still have the same basic idea as my friend Barry, so what was the point of your last comment?

PS that Supertramp song "Dreamer" is awful. I remember it in the charts when I was 13 and the first time I heard it then I thought "yuck!". Now, when I hear it again at 54, I still think "yuck!". Goodness knows how crap like that ever got in the Top 20. But that's another story and it has nothing to do with presidential elections. Lol:)

There is some evidence to support your thesis.
