My mother used to make a dish she called 'koit'. It was a sweet and sour beef and tomato based soup. She used ground beef, canned tomatoes, sugar and citric acid for the sour. My sister still makes it, but I have not.

There are none I can classify as unusual because so much of it was our paradigm growing up that I don’t know other households’ or other families’ recipes to which I would compare ours.
