Mother was so beautiful inside and out. When she was young she resembled Scarlett O'Hara.

While watching images from Gone with the Wind today, there were so many pictures of Scarlett that looked so much like my Mother I had to stop watching, it was eerie.  Of course when she was older her looks changed a bit but she still was stunning.
