I'll never forget the first time I ever heard someone say "you-uns". (U-inz?). To this day, when I think of that woman, it's pretty much all I can remember about her. She was addressing a group. She said 'you-uns' every time instead of 'you'. My head almost exploded.
She said it as some people say "you guys". Not like the one word "y'all" or "yinz". I can't remember what midwestern state she was from. Backwoods somewhere, for sure.
