Bread Makers - Will this work?

Lava Bread

Rye 4 cups
Flour 2 cups
Salt 1 Teaspoon
Sugar 2 cups
Baking Powder 4 Teaspoons
Milk

Pour in stainess steel pot with lid lined with butter.  Place baking paper on top of mixture.  Wrap entire pot including lid with saran wrap, several layers.  Place in hole in the ground of boiling  lava sand for "exactly 24 hours" remove and lift lid to vent a moment.

Will wrapping the pot in tin foil then bake in the oven at 212 degrees for 24 hours work?

No, however their bread recipe looked interesting.  I've never made bread from scratch.

OMG, invite me over.  I love love french bread and sourdough as well.  It must smell heavenly while baking.  I attended collage near a large bakery for Kroger Market.  Every Tuesday the wonderful smell waifing throughout the area was a real teaser, made me want to go buy a pastry, any pastry.

Er, um what I meant to say is; If you ever need someone to taste a batch of your homemade bread, I'll try to make myself available. :  )

Is the first ingredient rye flour or rye whiskey?  And wouldn't Saran Wrap melt at 212 degrees?

It looked like saran wrap, saw it online.  Perhaps they use another type of plastic.
