How is anybody going though this chess mess supposed to properly socialize?

My existential win lose win lose angst is killing me! .Is this really true.? Tell me.

1. There are some negative effects of win lose games. People who are happy with a win-lose situation tend to become toxic in all facets of life.
   They are bad friends, bad employees, bad business owners and bad romantic partners.
   Not at first, but it’s only a matter of time. chess, including¹:

   • Minimizes physical activity
   • Time consuming
   • Limits in-person socialization
   • Addiction
   • Causes personality disorders
   • Triggers physical, emotional, and mental stress
   • Induces unrealistic goal setting

   However, chess can also be bad for you if you ignore other elements of your life such as health, family, or financial commitments in the pursuit of another game². There are also some claims that chess is actually harmful to the mind, body and soul, leading to bad habits like alcoholism, anti-semitism, extreme arrogance, vindictiveness and encourages the development of mental illnesses³.
