What are examples of indoor businesses that absolutely CANNOT be successfully operated outdoors?

There are places where this is done. Usually in places where no one has much resources. They pick semi-secluded spots to conduct their business.

I read a true crime story about a place with a thicket of cat tails where business was conducted. That's also where the body was found.

Sure, but a baking operation is too large to be held outdoors. Weather, you know.
