I used the bottle of cream for coffee, & haven't used it for nearly a whole month, how do I get the cream to keep much longer?

    Look at the expiration date.  If it has passed, throw it out.

    I was gonna ask this, & see if anyone here know about this:
    "Is/If there's a way to keep the milk & cream about as twice as longer than just put it in the refrigerator, but I don't know if I can freeze the cream"-But I probably would buy several little bottles of cream(for coffee) rather than a big bottle of cream, & put all the rest in the freezer as I put one in the refrigerator.
    "Is/If there a way to change a spoiled milk back to a fresh milk(of just about the same volume)"

    I freeze milk all the time, but I've never tried freezing cream as I don't use that in my coffee.

    If it's not expired, freeze it or pour the amount you would use in your coffee in plastic bags and freeze them separately.
