How do I make the coin automation-like birthday card?

How do I make just the flat birthday card, with the flat paper coins that can still slide in the open slot of the card, & as the paper coin slide down the (flat) hollow passage inside the card would do something or would drop down a paper item from the bottom when the certain lower point is touch from the paper coin that's in it?

    I don't know, Danny. I'm not mechanically inclined at all. Sometimes I'm pleased with myself for figuring out how to open certain packaging.

    I now got all the find the Difference Pictures done now, I now have 570 more levels to do on word blocks.
