    Accidents happen and those are sharp knifes in the kitchen. 

    If these unforeseen circumcisions happened in either the dining room or the kitchen,  would you want to eat there?

    Maybe it wasn't an error. When I volunteered in the same day surgery waiting room, I saw many, many men come in for circumcisions and I don't think most of them were planned.
