    I tried it until my hair began falling out.  Now red meat, I eat rarely, mostly stick to chicken, turkey and fish.

    No, I'm not.  I eat very little beef or pork, but I do eat a lot of chicken and fish if I'm at a restaurant.  The aroma from cooking fish in the apartment stays around too long, especially when it's too cold to open windows.
