Has a "the Robots Take over the World," movie been made yet?

The government, mad scientist, someone like Fauci, extolling the virtues of robots, an enemy country, all could be included.  A flashback of "Sophia the Robot," saying she would destroy all humans, (she did say that).  The good, bad and ugly of our potential future. The truth can bee scary.  If it hasn't been made, someone will, sooner or later.

    iRobot is pretty close but they are not in control yet in the movie. 

    There is another one I cannot remember the name.

    Yes - more than once if the question is interpreted broadly to mean any movie about rogue artificial intelligence.

    The Mitchells versus the Machines.
    Colossus: the Forbin Project.
    Terminator and its sequels.
