    He isn't going to build one damn thing.  Including any stability whatsoever.  He's going to lie and pretend he is doing all sorts of improvements that will amount to ZILCH. 

    He doesn't KNOW what he is doing and he will choose minions to follow his dictates.  We are SCREWED.
