copy, duplicate, analog, replica, carbon copy, counterpart, metonym, substitute, and replacement. 

The latest on Jesuit taught Irish Frank Stu. He is 76 now and shrunk a foot from cigarettes. He can't talk anymore from it but is doing fine and the doctor says he'll be okay yet.
