Yes, I do. The apartment above mine was empty for several months and there are new tenants who moved in on Monday. They made a fair amount of noise until about 10 PM last night, but I realize they were trying to get their home in order, so I didn't complain about it. The gal who lives in the apartment under mine is like a ghost - I hear absolutely nothing unless her boyfriend comes over and then I hear them talking. The woman who lives next door to me is also quiet unless she's cleaning, but that is to be expected.
Yes. None within 200 feet of me. But sadly, the older lady just past and the house is now empty. She used to make us homemade cakes and jellies etc. The other neighbor we only see when they are mowing her huge yard. (At least 2 acres in front of her house)
I have a neighbor from long ago I remember fondly. She was old, very old to me at the time, lol. Watched Johnny Carson every single night and was up at 6 a.m. to sweep her sidewalk, a bundle of energy. : )
Both of my next door neighbors are great. The community as a whole is a very nice group (as much as I know). I'm not particularly social with these people though.
