    Biden dropped out after the primaries. There isn't time to pick a new candidate any other way.

    They want some sort of a way for the public to have a say in the nomination.   States are already ignoring their laws (5 or 6 states are past deadline to change ballots) 

    So they could come up with something to give voters a voice.   If they don't, how will BLM react?
