Doesn't it depend on the crowd you are hanging with? PC has no business at a ball game or a tavern, while civility is a must when dealing with the general public. I can pick and choose.
No wonder we're pals. You're a Scorpio! Happy Birthday ele! My birthday was October 30. Jim's was November 5. My dad's was November 4 ( he died in 1960). Today we are taking out our dear neighbor friend Wilma who lives across the street to Sizzler's for her birthday which is today! So now we know what the bond is, right? Astrological signs rocks!
