Because, WHY NOT???  And, didn't the Senate Republicans VOW the same thing about Obama???   They DID, didn't they??

  • Yes it is when the the proposals are not what the constituency wants, is dangerous to the people, or UnConstitutional.    Governing doesn't just mean making things happen.  It also means stop[ping somethings from happening.  It's called checks and balances son. Good representation sometimes means obstructing.
