Daniel Perry found NOT GUILTY. I was hoping this would be the outcome. Unless you have ridden the NYC subway system, you cannot imagine how dangerous it has become in the past few years. Thank you, Mr. Penny, for protecting the passengers on that subway car from someone who should never have been out on the streets in the first place.
