Does anyone still believe Trump 'knew nothing' about Project 2025?

Politico has identified 37 Executive Orders  (so far) that align directly with Project  2025.

    I’m sure that there are still a lot of people that still believe that Trump knew nothing about Project 2025. And the reason they believe that is because Trump said so.

    Bet soon Trump will endorse the book and start pushing it on Truth Social. Cheers!

    I don't know what he knew or knows about it. 

    But I do know there are positions in P25 that are not Trump's positions.   

    Again it was written by conservatives so naturally there are things that will overlap.

    Let me know when he changes a position to the P25 position.

    There is nothing in there that conservatives have not wanted for years.  The DEI and gender  stuff is newer but not a surprise position. Nor is reinstating military who were forced out because of the jab refusal.

    Some of those lifted listed are things that Trump did in his first term. And the Mexico City EO is one that bounces back and forth every time the Pres party changes.

    But does not change that NOTHING that Trump has passed was new or unexpected. 

    Not sure how passing a EO to continue building the border wall is somehow only  P25 and not Agenda47.

    So how is Agenda47 changed to P25?

    The EOs are exactly what Trump ran on.  

    P25 is not what Trump ran on, there are overlapping polices.  But NOTHING changed from Trump's policies.

    Presidents do not personally write the EOs.  They tell their staff what they want it to say.  So if those who wrote the EOs used some of the same wording on policies that overlapped, does change anything. This post was edited by my2cents at February 9, 2025 1:40 PM MST
