What might be the reason(s) I never heard back from the UNESCO World Heritage Committee about declaring the Sub-Basement a historical site?

I filed all of the appropriate documents. Grrrrrrrr.

    The statements from the visitors of the sub-basement have not been received.  The statements need to outline the frequency and overall benefit of each visitation.  Historical information is greatly lacking.
