Is David Daniel going to get off?

Surprise, surprise, some of His Royal Orangeness's cohort of bullies had criminal records for OTHER offenses. Daniel has been convicted of the production and possession of child pornography. His lawyer claims that Trump's pardon applies to this conviction as well.
Will this child abuser walk free? Has Trump pardoned a nonce?

    Pardons were for Jan 6th actions.  Should have no bearing on child porn charges.

    Another one was recently shot by Illinois police - pulled a piece when stopped for driving erratically (DUI). Thugs are thugs, none of them should have been pardoned.

    They should have been treated lawfully....then the pardons would not have been needed....even a thug has Constitutional rights. And the law officials need to be following the law, as that is the difference in being a thug or a thug with a robe/badge.
