  • That is not what it means.  it means a party where everyone wears clothing made out of materials that clothing aren't made of.  Like trash bags/liners, saran wrap and other things.

  • You can do it somewhere else.  Also why is it disgusting.  It's just people wearing clothing made out of materials that aren't used for clothing, like unused plastic garbage, trash, bn bag/liners, saran wrap and other things around the house.
