  • Besides the animal abuse ones, which seem to be slowing down a bit, this is disgusting. I'd rather read on how to bring a battery back to life.

Deodorant, maybe? :p I don't have the same problem, so I can only venture to guess the ads know something the rest of us don't. ;)

Is this an ad here? If you're on a desktop, you can hover over an ad and click the "x" so you never see it again. If you're on a tablet or phone, you can't control what shows up as easily. I can block certain publishers if I know what site the ads direct to. I hate to do it at a global level if the ad might somehow benefit someone, but I don't know what kind of content that ad was linked to. I think I banned the animal ones already.

Shoot me a message with the website the ad links to and I'll look into it. If it is here, I'm guessing it's a Taboola one, yes? In the column on the right or at the bottom of a page? I'm still experimenting with which ones work best, so I am using a few different ad servers right now. (Ie don't display crappy things or ruin the experience, but still get clicks and generate revenue.) So, feedback on the ads is always welcomed.
