How much time does the average injury take from your life?

    I'll find out at some point.  Received 3rd degree burns last year in in a Christmas fire.  Still attending to those wounds and dealing with all I lost.

    I've never had an "average" injury.  When I get injured, I tend to "go all the way".  I blew out both my rotator cuffs in 2016 and it took over 7 years to "recover" (could finally move my arms).  Unfortunately, by then, other issues set in (e.g. massive arthritis, heart issues, non-functioning foot), from which I will never recover.
