Are you surprised as I was with this music trivia?
The following artists/groups all had only one Number One song on the charts. I was surprised that these three had only one Number One song. I'll post the song. (And I can't stand this song by Tina Turner, ha)
I'm surprised about Fleetwood Mac, not the others so much. Tina Turner...not a big fan but according to the movie about her she lived through some hell with Ike.
I don't know many details but I, too, have picked up along the way that Tina had rough times, yes. Thanks for answering. :)
I've heard so much music from all of these people that all three surprised me. Yes, Fleetwood Mac, though -- they're everywhere and I thought they would've had more than one Number One. :)
The CCR version made #1 in several countries. I don't like the song and truly, when I hear it I see Turner on stage and what I see is gross. She is gross in my opinion.
The Police not a big surprise. Fleetwood Mac a definite surprise. I was surprised Proud Mary did not reach #1 which would have not have counted as 2 as it was Ike and Turner Turner..... and yes Ike was a POS.
I was surprised by all of them I guess. Probably mostly because I like very much anything by The Police and mostly anything by Fleetwood Mac, too. But officially reaching Number One -- probably a bit tougher than I thought. :)
Now I'm unsure of looking into any more details about Ike. Just the little I know sounds rough, and I know no actual specific details.
