Should schools be allowed to restrict elective classes by race or gender?

Minnesota thinks they can.

    NOTHING should be restricted based on race.  Anything else would be unconstitutional.

    We agree, imagine that. 
    Minnesota schools will likely be facing a challenge to these classes or at least the restrictions, soon.
