    I have no "set" amount....it just depends on the irritant.

    (e.g. dust usually evokes only 1; bright light elicits about 2; while pollen can trigger 3-5)

    I admit I do not pay too much attention to details. Maybe my body , no matter the irritant, usually goes with two.
