That is TRUMP language for I'll back off because it does not look good to have this going on now that I won. I mean Hallary may dig up more on Trump and back and forth and on and on; and first and foremost, he cannot prove a bad thing about her.
So, he will make it sound like he is being magnanimous. In actuality he knows he doesn't have a leg to stand on.

Hillary and her crooked friends are scared and desperate because they actually could be put in prison and he is trying to avoid what they may do out of desperation. He will make them feel safe until the time is right.
