    No. But he can read the Bible and tell us what it foretells. So can I and other believers.

    Ok are you dredging up a speech from 2014? When the oldest son Al compared his father Phil to the prophets in the Bible who stood with God's word unapologetically. 
    The answer is YES. In the Bible the word "prophet/prophecy" does not always mean foretelling the future, that is the modern meaning of the word today.  The word also means "testify/testimony" which is something we all as Christians are supposed to do....to prophesy/testify about God and what He has done for us and stand with God's Word.
